Honestly, I don’t know why they don’t come that way standard. Seems like it would make more sense to be able to fold the doors out of the way easier. There’s already the handy snap on the wall to secure the one.
Yah got me. I thought having them fold flush to the walls was intuitive. These will fold either way which is good, because if you fold the right one forward, it will block the ramp by 20", having it where it will also fold back the other way against the wall, eliminates that problem. I think, somebody decided that because if you open it out towards the ramp, it will block the ramp, so should fold toward the center post rather than just back the other way. Go figure.
