I’m sorry about the mug handle Bad postal reindeer. I did insure it, so I can replace it if you want me to. I hoped you’d like little mini hoover- I painted him myself :). The picture frame (if you’ve opened it) was a work freebie that my boss said to send you, but it isn’t perfect-wasn’t sure about that either. I had a lot of fun shopping for you, and receiving from you too.
I’ve never done coth secret santa before- will definitely be back for next year.
WAH!
I have PMed my giftee several times and she has logged on a couple of times since receiving her gift and no word from her. ( I am assuming she received it since it has not been returned to me). I put a lot of effort and thought into my gifts for her and I would like to know if she liked them.
Oh Dressagetraks! Hope you’re ready for a sleigh and some reindeer because your goodies are due to arrive tomorrow!

Ditto.
I have not gotten my package yet. I check the porch everyday
My Giftee already emailed me that she loved my package.

Yay! I’ll be listening for that honk. The mail sleigh always turns around in my driveway, since I’m last house on the route, but if there is a package, he honks.
My Giftee already pmed me that she loved my package…
I just checked and my giftee has not logged in since Nov 12, should I email her? I don’t mind giving myself away, I sent the package on Dec 3, Priority Mail, so it should have gotten there by now.
Advice?

Aw, sweet of you to offer. But the mug is fixable and again, the fixed handle will fit perfectly into the theme! For those wondering, this is the comic on the mug:

Please tell your boss thanks also for the frame, and for thinking of me. It’s fine. In the Haitian climate of bugs, dust, & humidity most things wind up ‘not perfect’ pretty soon anyway. I’ll get a photo print of Hoover done while I"m here and it will work great.
WOW
My Elf TarHeelMD07 is awesome!
I got so many nice things. A white saddle pad embroidered with Miss Mare’s name in her favorite color Purple ;)Along with a picture frame with her name and 3! golf type towels with her name:D. A new purple jelly curry, vet wrap in purple. Along with the bucket and treats.A totally perfect present from my new COTH friend. Thank you. Miss Mare thougth the treats were perfect too crunchy not squishy her favorite! SS is so much fun I will do it again next year.
I know my giftee got her boxes now I wait to see how she likes her loot:yes:
Thanks Doodlebugg
I too was in that crazy group checking the mailbox and portch daily eagerly awaiting a package to open. It’s like being a little kid again with the excitement of having a mystery present to open.
I received an email from State Line Tack with a gift certificate code last week from Doodlebugg. It’s a good thing I opened the email as I almost just sent it to the junk mail filter!
I mailed out my package on Friday…so my person should have it by this Friday at the latest the postman said. It’s hard to believe xmas is next week and this year is almost over!
So I don’t have my elf’s official alias, but Maya, you really outdid yourself!!
It was the box that kept on giving, I think I had enough little gifts for the 12 days of Christmas! Way to score the leopard print eyemask, definitely going to come in handy and I’ll look so stylish while I sleep ;). Red and Green bell boots just in time for my lesson tomorrow, perhaps I shall torture my trainer’s eyes with 1 red and 1 green with white boots, bwahaha. The chocolate and hot chocolate mix is already hidden from DH, not that he’s a big sweets guy, but still… all mine! The travel size lotions are a great idea for us in the great frozen tundra (although you wouldn’t know it today), put one in the car and one in my purse along with the hand warmers.
But the 2 most awesomist gifts were on the bottom. I first got to the Merry Christmas sign with the bear on it and audibly "awww!"d and finagled it on the door with our wreath already. However, the very last gift you really win the prize! Guys, she got me my first farm sign, hand painted in the shape of a black bear saying “Welcome to Bear Run Ranch!” OMG, LOFF the bear sign! Texted a picture to hubby, he’s estatic! Now off to find the perfect spot for him…

Same here.
Finally sent off the package to my giftee. I just had the rotation-from-hell, so the past 6 weeks have been nothing but pharmacy, pharmacy, pharmacy. I hope she likes it when she gets it
Also, I want to say THANK YOU to Starhouse. I received my package well over a month ago but was unable to open it until this weekend (see above). Everything was so thoughtful and I absolutely love it. Super nice to have after a period of such ridiculousness.
Nothing on the postal sleigh today except for a bill. Unless the box is on the brown sleigh. I haven’t heard it go by yet.
Ah, well, there’s always tomorrow.
Oops, I meant to out myself in the card, I must have forgotten to! So glad you enjoyed everything

I must admit that I actually just opened it because I was too curious…and OMG! Thank you!! I’m not even sure what to say…the halter and blanket are both perfect. I love chocolate, and I’m a tack cleaning addict. The cookies are perfect for clicker training, too!
I’m on my way out to the barn now to put it on…there WILL be pictures! How did you know I’ve been contemplating getting him a blue blanket?? Now I can give his current one a break, and he will officially be completely decked out in blue. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
I am officially hooked on Coth SS! I had a ton of fun shopping for my giftee, and I am so grateful for what I received! Merry Christmas!!
Twinkle, Twinkle, Twinkle!
You are an AMAZING elf!!! Thank you SOOOOOO much, Twinkle! I found the box on my steps, briefly thought about waiting 'til Christmas and then tore right in!!!
First, the book is amazing! I think I will really enjoy it and I love the fact that there are so many pictures so that I can see how the correct way is supposed to look! I look forward to many hours poring over this wonderful resource. I also can’t wait to watch the DVD. My son recently switched from Hunters to Eventing and he is really excited to look at the dressage specific fundamentals as well!
My kiddos were so touched and happy that you thought to include the cute suckers and stuffed ponies for them. I will admit to a momentary thought of stashing them away for myself! My daughter is sitting beside me playing with the cute little pony and my son is upstairs working on the huge sucker! They couldn’t believe that they got something from the box!
I LOVE my bot comb! I know it’s such a little thing, but I have been using that black blocky thing that also helps shed and it tears up my fingers! I also LOVE the curry! I had seen that in the tack store and wondered about it. I know my guy will love it and it looks so cute too!
The candy, oh my goodness, the candy!! I ripped that box open and took a huge bite of one and it was CHOCOLATE COVERED CHERRY!!! My favorite!!! The kids (and husband) don’t know about this box, and won’t be finding out!
I am supposed to go to the barn tomorrow and can’t wait to take the horse treats out there. They smell amazing and I just know he will love them.
My favorite thing about the box was the little notes you included! What a wonderful idea and it made each thing so much more special! I will definitely look you up if we ever make it up your way, and I hope you will do the same if you ever come this way! We will both be such wonderful riders after we read our books that we will surely want to meet each other and show off!! Or eat chocolate…
Anyway, this was a dreary, rainy, depressing day and I was sitting around feeling sorry for myself due to several different things that have happened in the last few days and now I am grinning ear to ear and about to tuck into my new book and eat another piece of chocolate!! So thank you so much Twinkle!
Sweet Mutt!
Thank you! The box was on the brown sleigh, and he just left. Of course, I ripped into it immediately. Patient I’m not.
One big jar of horse treats, which had an unintended side benefit and drew rave reviews (see below).
One box of herbal tea.
One box of peppermint hot chocolate.
A chocolate Golden Gate Bridge.
And an infinity loop, which I’d never seen nor heard of. Interesting thing. I’ll experiment a little, but I started out just wrapping it around my neck a few times. Toasty warm. I love anything toasty warm.
And the treats drew positive reactions even from his Pickiness (the gray nose below).
I had to grab the camera once I started opening, because it very quickly turned into a party.
