I agree with California Dreamer! This is my first year. I love the cards and love the pics that some have sent as well. I like to play names and faces…or at least horse faces.

I agree I am loving getting the cards. Since relocating to Indy, not being near my horse friends, and losing my dad- Holidays have been rough. The cards keep me guessing, occupied and a little brightness to look forward to. Much appreciated.
I’m going to sign up for this next year. I love sending and receiving Christmas cards. This year I mailed out 45 to friends and family and have only received five. It’s so disappointing. Many people have stopped mailing Christmas cards, it seems. 
Seems I’m not as on top of things as I normally am LOL
I promise cards will get there, they just may be more of a Happy New Year card than Christmas card

I’ve been anxiously checking my mailbox, rewarded most days by a wonderful card! My first year at this too…so glad to have a new tradition. Thanks everyone.

I think I’ll sign up next year too. It’s so disappointing/depressing to send out cards and not get any in return. This year I even sent out a holiday card through facebook and still nothing. Not even a single “like”.

Pm me your name. I love having horse friends to celebrate our equine adventures with online!! I miss back home so much and thank goodness for social media to keep me updated!! (And no- I don’t post anything political)

I sent out most cards but ran out of the inserts and I have to print some more!
I love the pictures and updates, and I love receiving all of the different cards! New Years cards are just as good as Christmas cards!

Polydor- I didn’t even put my COTH name OR real name on the card. Just a photo card with a pony and some dogs. oops.
Newsletters are awesome. I have REALLY enjoyed them. This really buoyed my spirits this holiday season. Next year I will dare to write one. My non horse friends usually are politely interested in my horse happenings and 2017 has new stalls and a barn makeover coming.

My cards went out yesterday! No telling how long the international ones will take to arrive … and I think I will mail another to our New Zealander, because I’m pretty sure there was a mixup and it may not have gotten the right postage.

Also, where did you purchase holiday cards from? I thought about having some made online for this year. I love the idea of being able to customize them!
