Is he really scrounging that much, or just crying poor to people who feel obligated to “help” out? Probably both, I’d guess. I kinda wish he were traveling through somewhere with less giving people. Maybe his talent is picking the right country to travel through for people who do everything for him, including freebies? Definitely con artist, whatever the technique(s) he’s using at the moment.

It’s the same thing. He’s getting stuff. And yeah, I doubt he’s paying for it himself.

And he’s got the brother or someone acting as gig support, with videos and I’m sure a lot of other things.

This is in no way a solo effort. No lone cowboy, here.

The faux-ternity ex I mentioned upthread was like this too. This guy ended up skipping a ton of college classes which resulted in pretty poor grades. His response? Research the exact type of paper the grade cards came out on, research the exact formatting and font and make his own to show his mother (no comment about that involvement at college). He spent more time and effort on getting crap like that perfect than just being a decent student.

I have mixed feelings about the vet comment. She did explain she can’t make a good judgement without putting her hands on the horse, but her stating he looked “healthy” based of photo and video multiple times only encourages him further. I didn’t love that.
