It’s a Nations Cup which are usually a short format.

thanks, I did not know that.

I think they are also sharing the rings with straight show jumping and dressage, so time table may have been a factor too.

Jumping at 11:45 EST.

This is not an official FEI Nations Cup event.

Thank you VERY MUCH !

is anyone able to get the commentary in English?

I could get it in English yesterday for the Nations Cup show jumping, but not for the dressage this morning.

It appears that multi language coverage may only available for (pure) show jumping. not complaining - i am thrilled with any free coverage.

who are all the people walking the course now?

sponsors? special guests? Could the general public be allowed on the course shortly before competition begins?

Yes - I’m wondering about that too! If I click on “English” it just plays show jumping :woman_shrugging: Sorry - now straight dressage! And they don’t even show the riders/horses names, so not helpful at all :disappointed:

I am hopeless with computers, techie stuff … but here is what I did.

click on the link from the OP

then click on Eventing - German - that should bring you to a screen with the play button for live eventing show jumping

click on that, after the ads, it will go to live show jumping. then do not touch anything for fear of mucking it up (that applies to me, not necessarily to you)

Did you get the eventing show jumping? It is only in German, from what I can tell.

Click the green eventing icon (you may have to click it a couple of times).

Thanks Jen – that’s exactly what I did, and I’m able to watch the live stream, but in German :smirk:

They are showing the horse’s and rider’s names very briefly at the beginning of the rounds; I missed that when I first logged on because they only keep it up for five seconds or so?

Philip was clear!!!

Yes - I did find it, - clicked on “English” briefly and of course that led me to the Dressage - I went back to Eventing with German Commentary, and I guess that’s all we get!

That’s what I figured, too (but German commentary is still better than CMH!).
