AA's - how far do you travel for lessons

Not a whiner - like I said up thread, an hour of no traffic highway driving is a lot different than an hour at rush hour on the east coast. The people who are driving long distances may also drive more than you’re used to just to get to a grocery store :sunglasses:

I agree about the traffic vs no traffic - I quite often drive an 70 minutes to get to one of my more remote offices (I have a large territory) but it’s all back road, the biggest risk is getting behind a tractor if I decide to change up my route. If I had a 70 minute commute through the city (to travel half the distance…) I’d lose it.

Honestly, I am probably getting gold feet about the whole idea. I am my own worst enemy when it comes to the horses and riding. So I think I’ll give it a go for the end of summer/fall at least and see how we do. I have the cutest little trailer just sitting there doing nothing, and am forever dreaming of the “next” horse - but there’s no point in a next horse if I can’t/don’t ride the one I have. I need to start prioritizing.

So thank you for all the replies! Indeed it does help to know one is not alone.
