I bought mine on EBay, new.
I have had it for almost 2 weeks now and I love it!! More importantly my wide backed mare loves it too! I also bought a reinsman tacky two lite saddle pad and at first I was afraid it might be too much padding but after using it with the saddle all this time it seems fine. Sweat patterns are good and uniform and my mare keeps her ears forward all the time.

I got the wide model( 20554 W7BK) and even though I take a 15 1/2 to 16 inch seat, I bought it in a 17 and it fits perfectly. Stirrup turners keep my knees comfortable. Saddle is light and very well made.

Thought this might help those who are looking at saddle options for the wider horse. These are worth a try.

I have one too. Bought it on Amazon. Love it. Very comfortable and fits my horses…I have the full QH bars, 17". It has a very good balanced stirrup placement that does not shove your legs forward.

My horse who needs a new saddle has a forward girth groove. Would this saddle work? Or is the girth right under the stirrups?

That would be something i would ask a retailer who sells them to be sure.
