Altech National Horse Show

One thing I noticed in your U/S classes is how everyone came in at different gaits and so few stayed on the rail.

Renae…you must have some saddleseat in your history. Your a great explainer and multi-tasker. I can’t keep up with you!!

Finally a breather!! This is fun.

So is it all over??? After only getting commercials after getting no feed at all I am now seeing the acrobats.

It hasn’t started yet

This paint is saintly. Need.

I LOVE echo!!!

Love this horse!!

Paint rider found some good jumps and stayed with him quite well, especially to her long distance in the last line! Good job!

Yes, I’m a Saddlebred person just doing a drive-by to the hunter/jumper forum for this thread

This girl/lady is pretty good!

The rider that just went on the gray horse wouldn’t look at all out of place in a real hunter class. Wow!

Stephanie Sedlacko (is that right?) has quite the eye!!! Impressive!!!

This lady on the grey HAS to have done this before lol

WOW Gray horse laid it down! Beautiful trip! A little long, but she stayed right with her horse. It must be totally weird to lean forward instead of back.

Love that Special Edition grey horse, he’s cute and seemed to be quite a good boy

I wish I could sit and wait on the long approach to the diagonal oxer like that! Lol

Who are these horses by the way? Who owns them?

This bay was bucking on his way into the ring for the walk around! I am so impressed with how patient these riders are being waiting for distances and being so good about giving when things are a bit long/short which is hard enough to do when you’ve been doing it a long time. I also LOVE how many people are watching at the in-gate!

This is SO adorable, heartwarming, and impressive!!

Can’t get over that trip on the grey - beyond sweet!!

For the saddleseat people- an 88 is a VERY GOOD score in the hunter ring. You can count the number of 100’s ever given in the hunter ring on your hands (maybe under 5 still). That means no major mistakes, maybe a quite minor mistake and some style/personal preference points off.
