My very good friend is dealing with this right now and her cat can only have a very strict diet and she is concerned about finding her cat food that won’t break the bank.
Any ideas?

My pancreatitis cat does fine on Merricks chicken pate or beef pate. They’re both 5% (or less) fat. We avoid anything higher than 5% for her.
Where do you get it?
Online? Local store? Vets office?
I’m sure my friend won’t try anything without her vets okay.
She had to take a week off work so she could take care of him. He almost died. Vet was very specific about his food. The cat will have to be on it the rest of his life

I buy from Chewys. It’s usually available from pet stores. There have been some shortages with the pandemic (like everything!)
