I rode with a dressage trainer that didn’t lease the stalls, but she had an agreement with the BO to keep her clients horses next to each other.
It was nice, we had one end of the barn for ourselves with washrack, grooming stall, and individual tack lockers. She also had two nights a week blocked out for our lessons. The BO did all the feeding, cleaning, turnout, and blanketing. The trainer was also a vet so taking care of the barn and horses was a no-go.
