I adopted my stb through New Vocations. I love the breed! So kind and willing with a woonderful work ethic. He’s a wonderful athletic horse, although he doesn’t care for jumping so I will likely never event him. If you have any questions about adopting from them, I’d be happy to give some insight

For west coasters, especially the PNW - Greener Acres (or maybe it’s pastures) in British Columbia has some very nice standies. They put a bit a of time on each horse and can accurately give you info on them. Very reasonable adoption prices too.
Standardbreds are #1. True.
