Anyone feed Fromm Dog Food?

Specifically the Duck & Sweet Potatoe dry food? I like that it has both pre & probiotics in it & is all natural. Pricey though!

Yes, we used it exclusively for our bassets back in the midwest-- cant find it our here in the NW though so had to switch to the taste of the wild brand. I still like Fromm the best though… very good food.

I fed both my cats and dogs a couple of Fromm formulas for quite a while and was VERY pleased with them; I did eventually have to switch for financial reasons. After running through several other high end brands I landed on TOTW for everyone and have been equally pleased with it and you REALLY can’t argue with the price.

I feed Fromm and really like it. I don’t feed the duck and potato though, but rather the solid gold for adult large breed.

Fromm has a card too…buy several of their products, send in the UPC, and get a free bag of the product.

I like supporting a family owned company and am only feeding one adult Labrador so it’s not too hard on my pocketbook.

Okay, I guess I’m stupid but what is TOTW?

I too don’t use the duck and potato, but I LOVE FROMM! My dogs’ coats are brilliant, poops small, firm and a somewhat pleasant sent :S Since I ALWAYS have to pick up poop, the poop constitution ranks quite high on my brand choice.

Yes it is expensive, but soooooooo worth it. I have tried Taste of the Wild (TOTW) and a few others, but I keep going back to Fromm.

Really old thread, but I just finally found a food that Dyna seems to like and its the Fromm Duck and Sweet Potatoes.
I have tried so many different brands since Shady passed away in April. Dyna just didn’t want most of them and a lot of them had to be hand fed.

Yes, she is spoiled rotten with love and attention. Her weight is great at 60lbs so no worries there. Playing ball almost none stop with has slimmed her down a couple of lbs.

Anything I should know about this company before I go ahead and buy the larger bag?

My LabX has been raised on Puppy Formula and now on the Large Breed Formula.
Her coat is shiny and she loves her food. No gas or tummy upsets.

I feed the Fromm Duck & Sweet Potato & love it. The dogs love it, their coats look great, energy levels great, teeth great. Vet even commented and asked what they were getting. I love that it is a small company, & they source and process their own ingredients with nothing coming from questionable sources. It’s expensive, but the vet bills are lower, so it all evens out in my book!

I use the Fromm regular food in the purple bag for my mutts. I free feed and have found that the Purple Bag Fromm works out to be cheaper for me than some of the less expensive foods. My dogs don’t eat as much, so a single 30 lb bag will last one dog about a month.

I, too, like the family owned, smallish, company that doesn’t source ingredients from China that I know of.

i’m also doing Fromm! YEah team!

I have tried so many foods…this is my latest attempt.

I wish my dog would eat it because it looks great.
I bought a bag of it last year and he ate like 3 bites and wouldn’t touch it again.
