I’m in one. It’s gated. 50 miles of trails- rarely need to trailer anywhere. Nice equestrian center. There is also a fitness center, pool, golf course, tennis courts etc. Lots vary from 1 acre to 20+. We’ve been here almost 2 years and we like it a lot.
