I’m a bit late to the table here but I bought a semi custom Kronos last year. I love the saddle, leather and quality spot on. More durable feeling than my previous CWDs. I don’t care much for brands as long as it’s quality.
Balance is a bit weird for me but it puts me in a better position despite feeling wrong 
Customer service in Ontario is legit brutal. Don’t even get me started (multiple issues and situations).
However, when I reached out to the Czech branch (regarding poor and complete lack of communication they were phenomenal and while they can’t help me in Canada they got me a response from the Ontario rep in less than 24hrs).
My current beef with the company is that there is no one that can repair them.
I board and my previous barn had issues with rats and rats ate a portion of my panels…
I now have new panels to replace the damaged and I cannot find anyone to swap them.
