AQHA look up please!

Can someone please look up this horse for me? His name is Neat Little Boy, Reg number 5164885 by Smart Little Boy out of Neats Lady of Grace.

I doubt there is much on him but if someone could list his markings. Thanks!!!

I don’t think you can get the markings, just the age and color, thru the AQHA web site.
You can call them and they will read that for you off his papers.

He is here, but no picture:

Very well bred colt, may have a big motor, unless the dam’s bottom Clabber Question won the genetic lottery there, which it may, that trait is strong coming thru there, even far back.
May be hot also or not, can go both ways with that Dry Doc breeding.
Definitely bred for a performance horse, not a poking along slow one.

Still in the breeder’s name, be sure if you are not buying him from them there is a valid, properly signed transfer you can fill in, or a second one to you from whoever filled the first transfer.

Do call the AQHA, or the breeder, to find out about markings.

Thanks Bluey, I was asking about the markings because I found an old sales add of his and the description did not match the horse I saw last week. After I posted this I found the breeders number and had a very nice conversation with her. It is the same guy and they just recently sold him to place I saw him.

He is very easy going but seems athletic! Seemed very responsive. I am looking for a performance prospect sor Stock Horse shows and reined cowhorse. He is greener than I wanted but if I can get his price down some then I think he may be mine!

He is very well bred for what you want, he should really make a great performance horse.
Yes, you will be competing against others that have been at these disciplines since babies and that will give them an edge, but you will get there eventually, if the talent the breeding is speaking about is there.

Just go easy on the training, his body has not grown into it and will take long to adjust at his more mature age, like taking a college kid that has never been in sports and start him training with some college team that has kids that started in grade school.

Good that he is easy going, those Clabber ones were and were prepotent at breeding that down.
Sure helps with the other, more complicated characters there, that are the ones that bring the athleticism and never quit work ethic to the mix.

Good luck and if you get him, post some pictures, please.
