You clearly do not read this forum very much.
The other reasonable excuse is that lots of horse people are poor business people and they suck at the paperwork associated with the business side of things.
It has been a topic on this forum time and time and time and time… again. Nothing nefarious being hidden. Just someone who is great at training horses that sucks at paper work.

You do know that the judge ordered the live chat shut down on Friday afternoon? It’s still shut down today. Judge Taylor presented L&C with the option to shut down the chat or he would ban their film crew from the courtroom.
Doesn’t sound like someone who does not care about the live chats to me.

I was not gleaning a single thing; I was responding to your direct statement above. The rest was me giving examples of the education brought to this chat and pondering why it wouldn’t be found in that chat, too. I note Serial b/c people listening and sleuthing can make a big difference in a case. Nothing gleaned at all. I stand by that I don’t think it charitable or accurate to characterise them as uneducated. There was a lot of trash talking, but also a lot of experience with live trial coverage that was interesting and additive.

I’m sure it was more because ppl who are following the trial ran to the lawyers/court with info that witnesses were potentially in the chats. That’s what I heard anyways.

If it wasn’t shoved in there by RG the fact that a full mag wasn’t loaded into the gun but rather just 3 bullets were doesn’t speak to intent to kill.
