This area of the barn is actually a breezeway, but occasionally it gets pressed into service for temporary horse containment. Here, for some reason, i brought everyone in from pasture for a night of lockdown. Some were sharing a big stall, some in sheds, and these three in here.) Our timberframe barn was built in 1840, and though i have a few decorative items here and there, it kinda just âspeaks for itselfâ! If you look above on one of the pics you can see the wooden rocking horse and a framed pic (old Missouri Power and Light poster that we found rolled up in the barn)

My son who attended Brooks Institute , he had several of class mats here and those guys took a few thousand photos of the eyes of the horses
