Best anti-pull harness? Can't believe I'm asking...

Why not convince the friend to take an obedience course with her new dog? Instead of debating what is the safest for a person to use who knows little about training, send her to an expert so she can learn.

By the way, I started teaching my search dog to behave better on the leash after he pulled me down an ice patch on a hill and I thought he was going to kill me. We were walking to a training scenario and he knew it. Now my dog is one of the better behaved ones at training because I really worked with him to stop pulling me. I’ve always joked that people passing by our training probably think we are a bunch of freaks with some really horribly behaved animals!
