I’ve had pretty good luck with the Tough One sheets.

That’s great! Which ones? And what kind of soil is in your area? I wonder if sand or clay (or something else) is most hard on the fabric and waterproofing stuff.

I can’t remember which ones. Soil in my area is a combo of sandy loam and clay. My biggest problem were rips from either tree branches or the fence. They were around $60+ and lasted 2-3 years.
