I think I’m going to try the Albion, and if that doesn’t fit, then the Jerry’s All in one, then the Jeffries if neither works! But fingers crossed the Albion works!!
Jerry’s has great stuff!!! I have 2 regular bridles of his, but I want to get the all in one eventually- when I can justify another bridle when I have 2 perfectly good ones.
I saw a padded contoured bridle in the new Schneiders catalogue. It is called the Comfort Plus. It is priced at $200 for the dressage model. It looks like it also comes in a double for saddle seat riders.
I hate catalog shopping! All of these bridle LOOK so much alike, but I know that they are not. But unfortunately, where I live, catalog is the only way to get quality gear. So frustrating.
I’m waiting on the fitted bridle from Schleese…it has the contoured crown to accommodate the ears nicely, plus padded if I remember correctly. I just wish they weren’t on backorder. :no: I saw and handled one in person though…butter-soft and beautifully designed. I don’t know about my mare, but I’m going to love having it for her.
