^ I do - bright red chestnut with some very minor chrome.
Anyone try the boett sheet or others made for sweet itch? I’ve been using amigo bug buster, and I may cautious about other fabrics in south Florida for heat, looking for feedback.
thanks!

I had a chestnut mare with bad sweet itch. The Boett was a lifesaver, but she also needed dex when it got bad
This is a zombie thread being resurrected, but will add this for those today that are interested in more on this subject:
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/29627082
We had a horse with those problems decades ago and our vet gave him a shot of long lasting cortisone, Depo-Medrol when that started late spring and some years it lasted all summer, some he needed a second shot later.
In his later years he seemed to have finally been able to handle it himself, he didn’t need the shot any more.
When those allergies were active, without the shots, any we did just didn’t help enough and he would scratch himself raw.
We had him all his life and he never had any side effects from that treatment.
Oops sorry! How the heck did I find that, I wasn’t even searching!
Well, it is an interesting discussion.
