I have a bunch of Dover’s CoolBlast shirts with IceFil that I love, and I just bought my first Kastel, which is equally lightweight and comfortable. (My trainer calls me the human sprinkler, so that should give you some indication of my heat tolerance. 
) My Romfh and Coolaroo sun shirts are not suitable for high summer—they’re all nice, but they’re too heavy.
