Big Eq Diet

Honestly, people(in general, not necessarily in this thread) stop trying to be skinner. I’ll be 14 in March and am just shy of 5ft. I probably weigh just under 100lbs. No, I’m not overweight, thank you very much. I eat way healthier than a lot of my friends that are much skinnier than I am. If you are talented enough that the only tie-breaker between you and the top riders is your physique, great! I personally am just trying get to the aforementioned stage. George Morris, though I respect him, is insensitive to eating disorders and the havoc they wreak.

When I rode 10 horses a day, I ate a bacon, egg and cheese (or two) for breakfast, whatever I could grab on the go for lunch, and a huge dinner.

I weighed 100 pounds. (5’5)

Who wants a cheeseburger?

I’m a better rider with more balance and strength now at 150 than I was when I was 130-135.

Weight ain’t everything.

I think the cocaine gets added after you age out of the juniors but before your dad stops paying your bills,[/QUOTE]

That is the “sweet spot” of life, ain’t it, lol.
