I sent in there and tried to click on the saddle pads but I kept getting an error. Kinda disappointing although to be fair, I have no business buying saddle pads after my last several months of vet bills… but they’re sooooo pretty and love the Atlantic blue colour.

Ooh, I could get some new Mt. Horse field boots for not much more than it would cost me to get the zips replaced on my old Ariats. Very tempting but I absolutely don’t need them!
They are a great deal! I bought some fancy field boots because my stiff dressage boots aren’t very comfy. I have screws in one ankle so the field boots don’t hurt.

Argh I’m so annoyed at myself! I usually order a year’s worth of copper and zinc supps on Black Friday. This year the best deal seemed to be SmartPak so I filled my cart yesterday but didn’t check out. The deal was 20% off plus a $50 gift card for orders over $200. Today it’s 20% off plus a useless SP-brand turnout sheet that from past experience I know isn’t even waterproof. I’m so annoyed! Hoping the $50 gift card might return tomorrow or Sun…
@Libby2563 Maybe call them and ask for yesterday’s deal? Worst thing is they say no. I had a similar-ish issue with SP and when I called, the rep cheerfully entered the discount (or whatever it was).

Were the supplements you had in your cart actually 20% off yesterday? I was planning on buying msm there and it wasn’t part of the sale. The 20% isn’t across the board

Right. I have a few things I would like from SmartPak but they aren’t included in the sale so I’m not inclined to order them.
Hmm yesterday I thought they did show a discount but now they don’t, even after I added the coupon code manually, so I’m probably wrong. Only 2 of the 5 items in my cart have the 20% off. I too am pretty disillusioned with Black Friday sales. I usually do manage to get a decent discount on a year’s worth of copper and zinc though.
ETA: Google Shopping seems to think they’re 20% off—maybe that’s what tricked me yesterday?

Yeah, I had exactly that same experience. Got to my cart and it was a little more obvious because none of my things triggered the 20% off
Chewy is doing 50% off horse supplements, $40 max discount. Best I could find, but still not spectacular.

Aha! Today you do get 20% off if you set up an autoship. With the USEF discount added it’s actually 28% off.
That worked! 
I ended up getting the $50 gift card and 28% off on the autoship supplements (which I ordered in a large quantity and set to not ship again for 300 days) plus two other fairly boring things. I’m not the world’s most exciting Black Friday shopper, haha.

Has anyone seen any of the online equine med places with decent sales?
I’m looking at buying some Zycosan for a new rehab horse. I’ve snagged some deals on Adequan in the past, so sure wouldn’t mind if someone sees a deal out there. 
Vetsource has a sale, up to 35% off. Does your vet use that company?
They use Covetrus which is offer 10 percent right now. However they usually have a different promo code every month so I may wait and see what comes next.
Which 10 percent would would still be better than a stick in the eye but saving money on meds for the horse I didn’t intend to bring home would be great. 
Vetsource was disappointing. The 35% off was only on some items. I was going to buy Protazil, hoping to get that huge discount, but the code only gave me $20 off. It costs $897, so it was still more expensive than a few other sources.
Equi-Tape is doing 50% off courses and 30% off tape. I’ve been dabbling with taping, so I grabbed the Fundamentals course. Should keep me busy for the winter!
Lots more updates the last couple days! I’m tapping out for a bit, I’m exhausted.
