Absolutely…I really don’t need a galloping horse scarf…
Of course you do, don’t be silly.

Chicks Saddlery has already started their sale and it looks like they have some good deals on blankets.
We’ve ordered three from them so far - the Finn Tack lightweight is 80 grams and is now on sale for 29.99. The first one we ordered was 39.99 and the pony has been wearing it for a couple of weeks now - he’s toasty warm and stayed nice and dry in the downpour Sunday

Saratoga Horseworks just posted on their FB page https://www.facebook.com/SaratogaHorseworks:
$99 Wool Riding blanket
Stall Bags buy 3 get one free (Code: FREEBag)
$99 Anti-Sweat (I love mine!!)
$145 Vortex Turnout Blanket
Sale is Friday-Monday

Horseloverz is having a Pre-Black Friday sale and also has good deals on blankets. I know some people have complained about their shipping, but I’ve never had a problem with them.

One of my friends is offering Black Friday deals on his hand made grooming totes. He has a $30 special on a small ringside tote, and 10% off his regular totes.

Hadn’t heard of this company before…the work looks beautiful!
If anyone sees a place with an awesome deal for a 72" middleweight turnout, please let me know! Trying to look, but no dice so far, I think. :)
Star, check Jeffers Equine…sign up for their email list. On 12/5 they have. Mid weight Rhino Wug for around $100. I need a 75 but that size is blocked out, of course.

Well, TWH girl, check out the horseloverz specials on rhino blankets for sizing.

These threads save us all a lot of money. Thank you, everyone!

Is it bad that I’m buying blankets for potential future horses that I don’t know the size of because I’ll probably have one one day that fit in to them and I just can’t pass up some of these deals? Haha

I am beginning to think that retail price is a fictional number. Isn’t it odd that everyone has the same sale price. I want real deals.

Companies buy in bulk at one price vs. that which they sell it at. If you’re seeing a bunch of identical prices, it’s probably a certain percentage over cost.

Are you talking about Horseware brand blankets uphill? Horseware sets the MINIMUM in-season price. And since everyone knows that’s the best price, everyone with half a brain offers it at that same price when they’re doing a sale.

$99.99 for Rhino Heavyweight turnout blankets, regularly $219. Having a really hard time not stocking up on these…

Thanks! It is a friend of mine who has started selling his custom work locally and is now offering shipping on all of his products. The large saddle stand and custom jumps obviously are costly to ship but the grooming totes and travel saddle stand make lovely gifts and can be shipped reasonably!

Well hmmm… it’s no longer available. Not a fan! But they’re still showing up in my cart? Horseloverz.com

Edited to add: Just checked out, everything went through. Maybe I got the last 2? So confused. We’ll see if they ever show up!

Yeah, though it is too bad that shipping on the tote is going to cost about as much as the Black Friday deal price. I do need a little ringside tote though…

VTO Saddlery sale info here: http://www.vtosaddlery.com/bigsale.htm

20% off but lots of exclusions.

I want a BOT dressage pad, preferably in brown or blue. Only SmartPak and Equus Now have it in colors…I’m hoping for at least 20% off, and no BOT exclusions. I’m not too picky, am I? If there’s a really good deal, I’ll get a black one (but I want blue or brown).

I am really behind the times. When did SmartPak move its retail store from Plymouth to Natick? I was hoping to visit the store while I’m in Plymouth this weekend.

On the website, Equus Now says they will also take phone orders on Friday, so you might see if that is one of the discounted items. The sale flyer says they will have exclusions, but doesn’t specify on what.
