Black jumper stallions
Assuming that your mare is a true black (Agouti = aa), do you know her black/red factor status (EE or Ee)?
It will make a difference when dealing with a hidden recessive chestnut gene. For example:
I’m Special de Muze: gg Ee aa = a chance of chestnut if she is Ee
Diarado: gg EE aa (although he looks darkbrown to me) = no chance of chestnut either way.
Almost 100% sure she is EE, not tested but looking at her previous foals that’s my assumption. The tough part is I want black, something that will add height, and a bit quieter. So basically a unicorn haha

Richard is 17.0 hh KWPN stallion, black and very laid back. His website is down right now as I am switching servers, hopefully will be back up tomorrow. www.theequineathlete.com but you can view photos on his FB page www.facebook.com/kwpnstallion Video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oQYXEhDcu3I (second part of the video is the Grand Prix round starts around 1:24).

He is approved KWPN (regA), Rhineland, BWP, AES, Oldenburg NA, eligible sBs. I have him currently activated with the KWPN and Rhineland.

Pilox?

Never mind. He’s listed as black bay. I think he has black offspring, though.

Kathy at Magestic Gaits has a black Chin Chin son Dante MG.
