Yeah, and it is one of the 7 year warranty ones from Schneiders, so I’m glad to at least have it on hand now and not need to worry about what to do in future.
In Florida, when it’s 70* outside, even 80*, but raining non-stop for 12+ hours, they can get chilly. However, a medium weight blanket would certainly make them sweat. A waterproof sheet keeps most of the rain off them, without over-heating. YMMV.
Florida, yep, that would be different than any place I’ve lived. In northern California, when it rains, it’s cold. In New England where I live now, it’s either a cold rain (autumn, spring), or snow, or if it’s a warm summer rain it’s a thunderstorm and over quickly. I can see where a waterproof sheet would be handy in other situations.
