I’m also in CT- have you tried reaching out to Corey McDonough? She works for Smith Worthington but she has a variety of saddle brands she can help you fit to your horse and you. I’ve had great success with her over the years. She’s actually just been out to help me get a new saddle for one of my horses! She left 3 saddles for me to try and is bringing a few more this week. No pressure from her and she’s very knowledgeable.

I know of a couple other friends who were greatly disappointed with the Bliss saddles and customer service as well, all local CT people.

Especially since you’re in Connecticut, you should try Smith-Worthington which is based in Hartford. If you have tracings of your horse’s back and some pictures, they can do a good job of fitting the saddle remotely.
