The fact that you’ve spent 30 yrs in the industry is kind of my point. I know quite a few people who started riding as adults and, as enthusiastic as most of them are, the majority lack that innate sense of horsemanship that comes with spending all (or most) of your life around horses. I wouldn’t trust the care of my horse to someone who has only been around horses for a couple of years.
