I didn’t think this would happen…I’m so sorry. I’m glad to have known her even if so brief.
Superheroes of the universe, unite!

I am so sorry to hear that such a wonderful lady has been taken from us. I don’t know what to say .
What a loss.
2002 has been LOUSY year so far. Too many deaths.
How very sad. Catctu Skate (thats how I always read the name) obviously touched many lives and will be remembered by all.
Oh no, I am so very very sorry. I too will always remember the inspirational Rocketman pictures.
My condolences to Castuskate’s husband, family and friends.
coreene, I love the poem very much.
I gave our website address to her brother and sister in law----I told her brother that there were a lot of people here who were touched by her life. I hope they visit and see what an impact she has made in so many lives.

The gene pool could use a little chlorine.
Thanks for posting the pics and for sharing your visit with her, Merry and thanks for memorializing her and others like her by capturing their stories in print.
I am so sorry to read this and I too have been inspired by the “Rocket Man” pics.

That was such a fun day. I am so glad that we all met up that day, I will never forget it.
Coreene posted this on the “here’s to you, Cactuskate” thread, which is a celebration of her humour.
This is just the last line of Coreene’s post, but it is so touching, we should all see it. (Yes, it will bring tears to your eyes.)
