I use my 2h straight as a box with the divider out. I have a chain that goes across the back and clips to the D rings that used to hold my butt bars.
I walk him on, secure his head at the drivers side with one of those Velcro release ties, walk back past him and throw the lead over his neck so he thinks i still have him, and put up the chain as i exit via the ramp. I then go through the escape door to remove the lead and release the tie so he can stand backwards.
Reverse the process to remove him, he is always tied while the ramp is down for his safety and mine.
