I LOVE my Peloton, like LOVE it. Way more than I thought I would. Tons of different classes plus the app offers every other type of exercise you could want, yoga, pilates, strength training, etc.
Another very happy Peloton bike owner here. I got mine during COVID as I didn’t want to go to the gym and I"ve been very happy with it. Love all the different classes I can take. I also have the app on the TV down in our basement home gym and also do strength classes. So I can use Peloton for both cardio and strength training – they also have Yoga and stretching classes. I live in hot humid Central Florida so being able to work up a good cardio sweat inside with the fan on is priceless!!
With a jump board, pilates can be a great cardio workout. I also like an elliptical bike and a rower. Treadmill too, but I only speed walk due to knee issues.
