Center Aisle Width

That’s a good decision. And, based on where you are, you want your aisle to be East/West for ventilation, especially in summer.

the bottom guide on the opening side opposite the latch is OK as it is never exposed… the ones I am speaking of that are often shown are on the full open backside… does nothing but hold the door flush to the wall . When the door is closed, the larch side has a retainer and the offside has the bottom guide to hold a door firmly in place …this full open bottom guide is left exposed.

12’ aisle and bigger is nice, but in a private barn you’d survive with 10’. My barn had a 10’ aisle, and is only 8’ now because I wanted/needed bigger stalls.
