I need a need a new helmet, and wanted one of these. They were supposed to be released in April. Any info or has anyone seen it? Also, Champion’s skull helmet, how does it fit, similar to CO or better for round heads. I have an oval shape.

I was in the market for a dressage helmet and have a CO pro already. I tried the MS1 on this weekend at Rolex for kicks and gigs - about as flattering as any skull cap could be… The champion helmet (didn’t try on their skull cap) fit me almost the exact same as CO, but to me looked dated, think GPA circa 2007. I’m with you and have an oval head, but CO has always fit nicely. IRH, Samshield, One K and Uvex did not fit me at all.
So glad to see that the other helmets don’t fit you either. I think I’ll see if I can get it over seas, as having a child size head, the prices are cheaper.
Did Charles Owen have any word on when you could actually buy it? I’ve been waiting for them to come out but it still says six weeks wait everywhere. Did you happen to try on the wide brim MYPS as well? Does the regular fit an oval head?
Good call on trying overseas. It might be for sale in GB already. They had no word on when it would be available in the US at the CO booth - they actually weren’t selling anything there, but rather fitting you, then writing it down on a card and sending you to a retailer that was selling CO. My friend was fitted for an airowear vest at CO, then bought it at Landsafe.
I tried on a MyPS helmet with a regular brim (I wear sunglasses when I ride outside anyways). It fit fine and was comfy, but I didn’t like the flimsy straps or the way the visor was - it reminded me of those Ovation helmets. It also made me look like a pen-- head. Maybe the wider visor would fix that!
