Coffin Joint OA?

Plan changed! My vet wanted to see him go one last time and take a couple more X-rays before referring him to the clinic for further diagnostics. He had gotten more uncomfortable and I was worried about that shoe change. It looks like adding the extra wedge on his regular size shoe was no longer providing enough heel support for him so his heels were quite sore. Farrier came out with a bigger shoe and reset it. He looks much, much better already without being on any NSAIDs. He is still pretty body sore from compensating for everything for the past few weeks, so as long as that foot stays comfortable I am going to move on to massage/chiro/acupuncture/whatever the vet recommends to help him through that as well.
