I’m not the OP but I have one that had a full medial/lateral rupture of the CL above fetlock. I chimed in above (I don’t want to derail OP) but I’m happy to share more if requested.

I’d love to hear more about the rehab journey and final outcomes! Our diagnosis was made via ultrasound, we have not done an MRI. We’re at about 3 weeks of stall rest to date and doing 6 more weeks before a recheck, and planning on a few months in a small rehab turnout after that. This is my daughter’s beloved Arabian so lots of tears here, there is so little information on positive outcomes.
I do not have a happy update unfortunately. I let my sweet girl go about two weeks ago as we were never able to pinpoint the issue/ get her comfortable with a reasonable amount of care. I don’t believe that the issue was certainly (or maybe only) a collateral ligament issue FWIW.
