I had this happen a few years ago - they were blasting about 1000 feet from my ring. I found it really annoying. The horses didn’t notice. My fraidy-cat mare is more worried about the garbage truck (which she has seen every Wednesday of her life) than she is about things like this. It lasted a week, and then was done.
