Country boots you can ride in

Not Rivers, but I’ve had a pair fo the Dublin Harrow boots, and Pinnacles previously. Waterproof the whole way up, warm with a decent pair of socks, and I ride in them probably more than I do my top boots.

About to buy a pair of the Rivers as I’ve worn my Harrows out.

Not to be the negative one here but I don’t recommend the Dublin River boots. My first pair lasted a few years but then my second pair completely fell apart within a month or so. It took months to sort out the refund and I eventually got half back even though there was something definitely wrong with them. They used to be fine but the way they’re made now isn’t worth the money

Interesting. My first pair lasted 8 years, although they were really on the way out at the 6 year mark. The second pair did me 3 years, but got worn WAY more, and also the only reason they’ve died is because it rained non stop last year, so they were constantly submerged in water, getting covered in mud and I never cleaned and conditioned them, so the leather cracked. Totally my fault.

I’m about to buy a new pair…hopefully yours was a quality control issue!

Yes hopefully it was a one time thing, I did like my first pair! Let us know how your new pair hold up
