Courbette vision saddle - anyone own one?

I own one and love it. I’m 5’10" with very long legs so need the extra forward flap when going xc. I’ve had it fitted by Gary Severson and he commented that the Vision is one of the few Courbette’s he likes as it is made in Germany versus many of the other styles which are made in Switzerland and not of the same quality.

Mine is not young, probably 8-10 years old and has held up beautifully. It was stored for about 4 years and is back in service again. Never a problem with stitching, quality, leather suppleness, etc. Nice saddle for not a ton of money (given what saddles are going for these days!).

Thanks for the info!

I know I’m 3 years too late, but the barn I ride at has one as a school saddle and I ride in it quite frequently. I have gone xc schooling and jumped stadium and I quite like it. It does fit different types of horses well, but if your horse has fairly high withers, it may be just a touch uncomfortable. Overall, I’d say it’s probably the nicest saddle I’ve ever ridden in (I don’t have the kind of money for a Devacoux, Antares, CWD, etc.!).
