People routinely cross state lines to go to shows and the vet in the Mid Atlantic. I’ve been showing in and around PA/NJ/DE/MD/VA and never once gotten a certificate. Maybe I’ve been doing it wrong this whole time but no one ever asked so it never occurred to me to get one?!

I showed at the KHP last year. No one asked to see any of my paperwork, tho I had it.
I think it depends on what time you arrive.
The little inspection station is not open all the time, and I don’t know if there is any follow up in the show office if they don’t catch you on your way in.
