I also am in the process of getting quotes for a new barn and I am leaning towards Morton, in part due to their fifty year structural guarantee. The barn will out live me and my husband (we are both in our late fifties). With a local builder you don’t know if they will stand behind their work and if they will be in business in a few years if you have a problem.
