I ordered a pair of custom boots from the UK - I thought it was crazy that I had my husband do the measurements but the rep said he usually gets better results with someone inexperienced because they will record the true measurements - where a tack store might be more generous with all the measurements to be sure they are not too small! He was right, they fit absolutely perfectly!
