What can anyone tell me about this stallion? I love his bloodlines, but I can’t find any videos that really showcase his movement and conformation. Also, there doesn’t seem to be a whole lot of info about foals he has produced. Perhaps he hasn’t been used much? Does anyone have or know of any of his foals? What is he known produce? What kind of mare does he need? His new owner is very nice, but she has only just acquired him, and hasn’t had a chance to get any foals on the ground yet. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Please feel free to pm me. Thanks in advance for any help!
I met him about two years ago at an ISR/OldNa stallion inspection when Highlife Farms owned him. Here’s a confo shot - http://www.flickr.com/photos/jadavids/3993824590/ - I don’t recall his test scores but there’s a good chance I posted them to this BB around the time the picture was taken. If you search the board for his name, you may be able to come across it.

I used to board at Highlife, and I remember Danse. He was a nice boy, didn’t appear to have any show history, not quite sure why. He certainly was beautiful though.

Thanks for the link Sniplover! I’m not sure if you did post the test scores at some point. Your post on the subject said that you were planning to, but I couldn’t find a posting after that point. Nomi, thank you for your reply. He does look appealing! I am a little concerned by the lack of info on him. It seems rather unusual to have no performance record, no test scores or video footage posted - not for Danse or any of his foals. Also, it looks like Highlife bred to him only four or five times, and Dreamscape didn’t use him at all when he was there. So, it makes it very difficult to decide on a stallion when you can’t get any good idea of how he produces. It’s frustrating - I like his bloodlines, he’s located quite close to me, he’s not too tall, and he’s not grey - all pluses for me! But there is sooooo much more than that to consider when choosing a stallion. Anyway, thank you for your help - it’s very appreciated!
