So I was SOSOSO excited to see my Lyric-filly’s picture on page 117 of this month’s Quarter Horse Journal. I’m not planning on showing her AQHA, and this is probably the only time we’ll get to be “famous.” Then I read the caption and discovered that they have my l’il appendix filly by Huntin for Chocolate listed as a Halter bred COLT and owned by someone from TEXAS! D’oh!!!
I kinda feel sorry for the poor woman who IS listed on the picture. People are going to look at it and think: “Man that woman raises some skinny halter horses!”
LOL and sigh both at the same time…
