Angery? No. Other peoples icky freestyle music doesn’t make me angry, nor does little else. It neither of the riders music that you mention were to my liking. I think the way the music appears not to match the horses gaits is because of the not so good accustics and reverberating percussion.
These early starts for equestrian, and late finishes on NBC for everything else, are wreaking havoc with my sleeping, plus I am too tired to concentrate properly when I ride, lol. Oh well, it is worth it to see all the rides in real time.

I think the reverb is due to the multiple microphones recording the sound. Some are farther away from the speakers than others.
The reverb is worst when they are showing the people in the warmup area. We hear the sound from the mics in the ring and then the delay from the mics in the warmup.
