That pony has the loveliest piafes and a to die for canter pirouette! Some loss of rhythm issues throughout the test will lower their marks, but dang, some perfection along the way!!!

I’m now thinking it’s the stadium lighting, because when you get him out of the spotlight and look at him on the sidelines, he looks like your typical gray pony.

It’s just terribly bad, pink pigment showing through. You see it in Arabs and is shunned in main ring halter. Look at the mottling around his eyes.
Doesn’t seem to hurt his piaffe any, huh?

This is like what happened to Balkenhol’s horse. Three strikes and you’re out. Doesn’t matter why.
But now you can see, once a mistake happens once, it is very likely to happen again.
And I don’t think the horse got his tongue between the bits, or anything like that. It has to do with that spot in the ring.
I think it will be scored like yesterday, except Mr Rockwell will have gotten religion.
