I think they are only judging the technical and artistic. So one flub will not be so harshly judged. There are no double points here, just what you see.
jinxing my self, but CBC loads perfectly after suffering through 2 or 3 advertisements.
I did have difficulty in eventing dressage but no issue since then.
Those two days, I kept trying to open the same site many times over, in a different tab, until one of them worked.
Commentators are back!!!

COTH is doing play by play of the freestyle here:

Not fast enough. Well, not as fast as others out here.

Noticed that…unfortunately. I liked just watching and listening to the music.
This horse has a bit of a Saddlebred look to his gaits.
Rats, they have a commentator now.
Music selection for Dutch rider Minderhoud and Johnson was great choice, loved their ride!

CBC has been fantastic… still blurry for a few seconds when I first go to that screen, but perfect otherwise. I love the Jumping stream yesterday with wonderful commentators.
Dressage is not my thing but it is still quite enjoyable to watch because I can!
Johnson looked happier today and showed some good movements, though weak in the piaffe.

The trouble with commentators, they always have a pre-conceived “story”. That horse he’s bragging up is close to rolkur.

Yes I am seeing that just now! BUT they do detect and report their error to justify the scores given.
How have you been able to get CBC to work? A couple of us keep getting errors about “technical difficulties”
No problems here. I dont know why . Using this link

Could it be something to do with your server?
I had it crap out exactly once during the GP the other day but only for a few moments
Crap! Screen froze. I missed most of Cassidy’s ride. The little I saw looked like great music. I really like that horse.
She is sitting in 3rd with 78.143%.

Sorry to hear about your streaming issues
Love Catherine and Cassidy, they make a great partnership
I love LOVE LOVE good music. I get all woozy over good music in a freestyle. So far, I am not even a little woozy. NC rider said it on another thread-sounds like elevator music to me.
Halo effect? Were Hans Peter and Steffen really a full point or two better than the last Danish rider–Cathrin Dufour?

No go. CBC tells me they are having technical difficulties. NBC tells me video isn’t available due to location restrictions or authorization failures. Yet I was able to watch most of the first group on NBC, and can see livestream for a multitude of other sports. Someone pulled a plug somewhere between the Rio equestrian complex and me.
Carl H is riding a beautiful test here…
