Well we have a winner, as well as several options going forward.
To Scribbler’s point, I’m usually of the belief that the economical route is best, but this time around is special, so I was willing to cough up a bit more $.

I have 2 pads from them, and they’re decent.

I really love Catago! I used to show a grey in the dark grey version of this and it looked smashing on him.

Yes I saw all four sizes. Horse is a short backed Lusi/Hann. cross, all options are longer/bigger than the 23" spine which is best for him.

Ah I have an 18 inch seat and gusseted panels and need a high shaped wither so the Ogilvy is just barely big enough.

I was going to suggest Mattes. I had one made in white velvet with the Euro cut and Burgundy trim and it’s an absolute stunner.

I also personally like PRI pads, however I have no idea on the opitions offered.

A bit late to the thread, but for anybody else looking in the future, I use these in the summer and they have held up to lots of miles and lots of washing (I ride endurance in a dressage-type saddle). They have a 23.5" spine and a 21" drop:
