Dubarry Boots Made in Ireland?
If you find a better option than Dubarrys, which are STILL handmade in Europe, just not in Ireland, please let us all know.
I didn’t mean the Dubarrys are not of high enough quality but for the price and warranty terms of the model I am looking at I think there are other brands that offer lower prices for a reasonably well built boot that comes with a warranty. The Dubarrys in the link I posted have no warranty but have a 50% discount. I would feel more comfortable with some sort of warranty.

Then again warranties don’t always work. I’ve read so many accounts of people who have Hunter boots they bought after production left Scotland for China and how they leak but Hunter didn’t remedy the problem when they were contacted. There are a lot of products out there that have a warranty but getting actual warranty support is grueling.

I don’t want to make it seem like I am bashing Dubarry for not being made in Ireland anymore but I will admit it is a bit disappointing.
