We are looking to ship a new horse from Texas to Michigan. Equine Express has a route this way. Previous reviews I’ve read have been very positive but reviews are 5-6 years old. Any input on this shipper or others that might do a similar route? Hubbard and Brookledge do not have a route this way.

Equine Express has hauled for us two or three times this year and always did what they said and let us know as they were getting closer.
You never know hauling horses is not easy and things happen, but they have always been good to our horses.
You need to be aware that most haulers, if a trip is somewhat out of their way and they are running short on time, they may contract with someone local to do part of the haul, be sure you are ok with that, or be sure to mention you don’t want that.
We let them haul as they se best, never had any problems with them.
I’ve used them before with excellent results. Very happy with their professional service. Wish they came to PA more often! (or at least anytime I need to ship a horse).
one advantage Equine Expresses office is nearby in Pilot Point if anything was to go wrong there are about ten COTH posters that live within rock throwing distance
Equine Express is the best. Have used them tons over the last couple of years. Easy to work with, great with the horses, always awesome communication.

Years ago they shipped a Shire stallion for me, from FL to CA, in August. He came off the trailer in perfect shape.

That’s me! And always happy to help out. I’ve used EE both for in state hauls and cross country hauls and have been pleased both times. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
A few years ago, I shipped my previous horse from Ohio to Amarillo and then a few months later, Amarillo to Houston. Equine Express was communicative and responsive, and the mare came off their trailer both times bright, perky, and happy.
I used them this past spring to bring my new 3yo cross country. They were pleasant, easily reachable, and professional in handling my horse. He arrived in great shape. I would definitely use them again.
I’ll add to the list of satisfied customers. They have shipped for me many times and have always done a lovely job - horses arrive happy and healthy.
